We are residences of the Seaside area, protecting our best interests in the community. Currently we are join forces to stop over construction of a property with in our neighborhood.  If we act now, we can not only stop this project from over stepping the limits that are currently in place to keep our neighborhood visually pleasing.   The current project, will not only block the views of many residences, but also create a building block for other houses to over build in the same manner.  WIth that being said, it would be a perfect example for other large builds to show that the surrounding neighbors and did not care enough to stop and completely change our quiet, safe area into another area where houses are overbuild with little or no regard for it's neighbors views or privacy.
